Align specialist work packages, material and equipment procurement, access and installation sequences with the overall construction programme.
Manage execution
Address programme, materials, inspections, safety and changes throughout the works.
Set out progress reporting, material submissions, inspection and testing points, safety arrangements and the agreed procedures for instructions and changes.
Prepare for handover
Define testing, completion records, outstanding items and the requirements for handover.

OUR WORKING PRINCIPLES
Safety in planning
Bring site conditions, work constraints and safety responsibilities into early discussions.
Attention to quality
Establish a shared understanding of drawings, materials, standards and handover requirements.
Clear communication
Keep key decisions and scope changes explicit, so everyone can work from the same understanding.
Starting a discussion
Share the location, intended use, available drawings, approximate scale and target timing. We can then discuss the scope and the information needed for the next step.
