FAQ

Planning your enquiry.

Do you undertake main contracting?

Main contracting is our core business. We discuss the overall construction scope, specialist work packages, programme and handover requirements against the proposed contract.

What should we provide for a tender enquiry?

Share the project location, proposed scope, available drawings or quantities, tender closing date and requested company documents. This helps define the information required for the next stage.

Can we discuss a project before drawings are complete?

Yes. Early discussions can clarify site conditions, scope boundaries, specialist interfaces and outstanding information before construction and commercial requirements are finalised.

How are design responsibilities established?

Design responsibilities are defined by the actual appointment and contract documents. Main contracting, design-and-build and EPC involve different arrangements; the agreed scope determines the responsibilities.
